Re: Cult Zombies. Are they zombies or cult?
'can mindshielded zombies attack human security?' Mindshields don't prevent people from attacking sec policy wise I believe. The point is, zombies are supposed to have zero allegiance to anyone except other zombies. Being a zombie stops being fun (and from a traitor perspective, viable to release) ...

Re: Cult Zombies. Are they zombies or cult?
Edit: but my main point is, if nar'sie literally brainwashes crewmembers to do his bidding. Should be even easier with zombies who only rely on instinct. In order to brainwash, you need to have a brain TO wash. In a zombies' case, they literally are only being animated by Romerol. Romerol is litera...

Re: Cult Zombies. Are they zombies or cult?
In my opinion; Zombies are loyal to nothing except other zombies. As a zombie, you're expected to murder and maim any living thing (minus other zombies) that you see. After all, they're really just walking husks controlled by the Romerol tumor - and that tumor has no loyalties. Curing a zombie, obvi...

Re: RaveRadbury
RaveRadbury is quite possibly one of the best admins I've seen on a SS13 server, period. Period. Dude's polite, respectful, but when he makes a point he stands with it. Furthermore, whenever I talk to him he actually seems to give two shits about players instead of treating them all like a bunch of ...

Re: Medieval Portal Storm
What counts as being converted in terms of the Crusade? Part of it is up to the Crusaders; if they want to have a ritual for new indocrinates, they could do that. Alternatively, they can just get crew to verbally claim to join their religion. More intricate and complex conversions are likely to net...

Medieval Portal Storm
Unidentified blue-space signatures have cropped up around the station. The crew is advised to investigate. A freak portal storm has brought a group of medieval peasants, lords, knights, mercenaries, or even royalty onto the station. Depending on their goal and numbers, the crew may be able to safel...

Re: What AI do you play?
Formerly Silicon Sexhaver, now 'Her Majesty the Queen' after previous name was deemed pg-13 Massive shitpost of an AI - lots of random quips when nothing is happening (some favorites include 'Sometimes, I dream about cheese,' 'I wish I had fingers,' various "fun facts", some true and some ...

Re: Make Escalation Rules more specific
I think its a step in the right direction in the sense that we actually define the stuff. You could say escalation was left purposefully vague, which it was, but thats why its never ceased to stop being an issue. In an ideal world we wouldn't need the rule at all because its really common sense, bu...

Make Escalation Rules more specific
WAIT! This isn't like the dozen other policy threads whining about this! I have actual, physical changes to propose -- all of which can be seen in the google doc linked here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1RzU6ZvHfqBP015ZrQJPjdp57TPIWAxK0zxXloKKgo7U/edit?usp=sharing If you don't want to open t...
