There is literally no point in forced borgification. If player doesn't want to be borged, they will just ghost somewhere in the process. If they do want, it's voluntary and AI doesn't care.

Honestly, drones should require someone inside the round to trigger them for them to accept ghosts, like pAIs or golems. I've no idea why any ghost can just get into one at any time with no limitations. They are also dirt cheap and easy to produce, I often see robotics print out a dozen shells.

1. Lack of a stun weapon - revs and traitors especially. Simply useless. There might be a super special case where you run out of ALL stun weaponry as security and still keep going, but in that case you are probably fine with putting whoever it is you are shooting into critical or just killing them...

Energy relay gives 2 illegal tech I think. Not wormhole for sure, that's just 3 blue-space.

Frankly I don't understand how you can set up two different servers, and map is a HUGE deal in SS13, much more than in other games, and expect 50/50 ratio out of it. Seriously, make them the same at least temporarily. Even if just to test what that will do. Otherwise, don't expect things to improve....
