what i didn't like about that proposal was how it made changes to manuel and further stratified our server rp labels. this is just because manuel is absolutely rammed most nights of the week whereas bagil is a ghost town. more of the same tgstation mrp because obviously more people want to play it!...

i prefer one heretic. heretic is a very mechanically inclined "GO RUSH OBJECTIVES KILL PEOPLE GO HURRY" role, only one heretic allows them to pump the brakes a little and try to do something else. also reduces the likelihood one of them decides to be 'friendly heretic'. a little off topic...

the threshold for opening the armory should be the same for the captain busting his antique out. it's the emergency stash - opening it up for officers/anybody to arm up outside of an emergency is lame.

i think it's a good change. people with weapons or tools should have an inherently advantage over the unarmed, and less easily accessible and abusable stuns the better.
