As to the topic this thread is supposed to be about, there doesn't seem to be a lot of appetite for an enforced "top down" change of power (ie MSO/headmins threaten to fork unless changes are made). Not that it's impossible or anything. For all I know someone will run as headmin with a pla...

I was gonna go on a long rant about inflation/deflation, but there's the summary. Too much money is bad. Ideally the amount coming in would be slightly more than the amount leaving. Any major imbalance should be corrected ASAP.

There's all kinds of problems with power distribution and generation. I'mma go over a few of them off the top of my head. a) Power needs are determined by how much stuff there is. Thus larger maps take more power than smaller ones. This makes balancing power generation vs usage difficult. b) Changin...

That's just a general problem with the control scheme overall. One thing we could do is make intent matter even more so you don't pick things up in harm (you kick them instead?) or disarm or grab. But tbh that seems like it would just cause annoyance rather than actually improve things. And a toggle...

Maybe explosions need to be rewritten so they're not always light impact range == 2 * heavy impact range == 2 * devastation impact range. Dropping could always drop exactly where the mouse is if it's within one square of you, similar to putting things on a table.
