The ban was placed because it provokes people. All it takes is one misclick, or misreading, and everyone starts brawling. The 15 minute ban is mostly just to make sure you don't get antagonist in the next round. You were told to stop. Whether you agree or not, doesn't mean you should at least finish the job. You can't just finish beating the shit out of a guy just because a cop tells you to stop. He'll probably just taze you.
