Caught in IP ban, unbanned.

After a lot of peer review and proof of inconsistency on the ruling this ban has been reduced to a month ban and the notes shall not reflect it having been a permanent ban.
I'll see if I can get the headmins to come to a policy decision on it as well.

The note on the account regarding it was very vague which has since been updated and you've been unbanned.

Every EORD has become a playground for admins just to spam AI or nukes, which gets annoying when you just want to shoot things. Simple fix is to disallow admins from spamming AI or nukes unless polled, though I see no reason why Aheals should be banned. This is a opinion and would like to see others...
