If you greentext a traitor round without spending TC, you should get 5 more TC the next time you get traitor.

Why? It encourages traitors to use more unconventional methods to accomplish their objectives, so the next time 'round they can use more toys.

Make the bar 2 floors and put an arcade or something on top

Add a new construction area next to escape, but a floor higher so you get a cool view

Rework gangs so their objective isnt the dominator. We already have 2 other gamemodes which is just bunkering down around a structure for 5+ minutes. Make it instead simpler objectives like "Be the last gang left standing at round end" or "control more territories than the other gangs...

You could just go full simcity and have a single plumbing tank only effect a small area around them (with a small amount of pipes). Then you could stick them in maintenance around departaments, which makes it harder to poison the entire station with 1u of acid

You wouldn't need to rewrite gamemodes. Just make it so you can stop certain gamemodes from working on certain maps (In the map's json file maybe?) and make a gamemode just for planetstation.

No need for huge rewrites or antag datums.
