Onehumaned/emagged silicons should not be doing anything out of the ordinary in general unless specifically ordered by their onehuman master, just like a law purge is not a license to plasma flood just because you have no laws.

Force a time limit to the round so it can't drag on for eternity (that admins can override) and at the same time disallow stubbed toe calls because if there's nothing to do, the round will end on its own anyway. The importance of extended to breaking the meta is so important that downstream high RP servers, the ones with extended mode votes, do the *opposite* and will frequently put up the Extended announcement during an antag round just as often as extended rounds can generate a command report.

Steal the locker from arrivals then. It least someone has an actual chance of spotting you doing it. There's "sec gear you can steal without hacking into security" but this is risk free. It's doubly dumb since the secvend is free gear, not priced gear like the one in the actual brig.
