Don't worry shadow I'll send you some of my honey. Also one of my friends was like "Why don't you make mead?" so I think after I get set up I'll try my hand at that too! Mead it's super easy to do and pretty hard to fuck up since it has like one or two ingredients and it practically can't...

Re: FrostPunk - aka Limb Losing Simulator

I played it yesterday, but only about four hours or so, so I don't have a full opinion yet. Things that I like are the cold mechanics and the reactor, things that probably I wont like is micromanaging cold in the late game and realising you fucked your city planning in the early game and having to r...

Re: okay sir/madam/preferred pronoun, how would you like your mock meat done?

I switched to keto 4 months ago and the difference between living off of carbs and ketones is huge. Energy stays consistent throughout the day. Also plants are not heavy in carbs at all, they barely have any. Even nuts barely have carbs. Plain meat has maybe 1g of carbs. So we evolved burning keton...

bait Ok, it was semi bait. But the question about why people are so attached to meat its a serious one. It's just a type of food, you can do a lot of tasty things with vegetables only. And since I became vegan I eat a lot better than when I ate standard diet, it has broadened my culinary scope, act...

I'm just a random guy but my vegan senses were tingling and now I'm here to join the cause of vegan shitposting. And I didn't read the entire thread beause fuck it, too long. First thing, why the hell do you care so much about meat? Its about flavor? Meat tastes like one of two things: greasy amorph...

I'm back about 20 hours of gameplay later and yep, it feels very easy. Although I have not tried it on hard Does your mech line-up ever change because I feel like this game doesn't have enough depth to keep me going much longer, fun as it is. There is like 8 different mech squads that you unlock via...

Into The Breach

From the creators of FTL: BUY THIS FUCKING GAME NOW Now seriously, this game is gold. It's minimalistic, It has simple mechanics but a lot of depth, very replayable, but I feel It's not as difficult or frustating as FTL, everything bad that happens here is your fault since RNG is minimized. It's lik...

Pros -Maintains historical accuracy by not adding random black faces, dev leader butt flusters several femcunts and soyboys So now not having black people in a game is a pro? Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

Burnmix may be too cold. I know that even regular maxcaps don't work if you cool down the oxygen too much. Try 13K instead, 90% o2 and 10% plasma, and hotter freon, even with a lower pressure. What this guy said. Don't cool the burn mix too much or plasma won't reach his ideal burning temperature, ...

Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

Yes you need lots of moles of oxygen (and plasma), and supercooling the gas is the easiest way to cram all those moles in a small tank. Hot gas -> few moles. Freon bombs are kinda old anyway, someone taught me how to make them like 2 months ago, it was supposed to be a secret but I guess the cat is...

Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

Yep, you get some freon at about 5000 K and later you fill the rest of the tank with freon at 10000. You don't want to get the pressure above 3000

Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

The special thing about freon (apart from its freezing effect that only applies when it is simulated in turfs, not in containers) is his specific heat. Oxygen has about 20 "magical units" (since there is no mass in this game), whilst freon has about 2000. This means that freon requires a l...

Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

Nope, the most efficient way to cool gases is heat exchanger pipes in space. But you are not far wrong, think about why freon cools other gases so well. It has to do with some property of matter that applies in real life as well. And try to use that to make freon do the opposite thing it was intende...

No, my friend. The answer is freon, the meme gas. It has some "peculiar qualities". (I could explain it directly, but that would be no fun)

yes, but it's 70 ' ' 70 What? Elephants? Which is where this conversation comes from. I'm sure it's moles though, because I recall "volume" as the var name being bullshit in some way. 70 dm^3 AKA litres. Since the code uses kpa for the ideal gas equation, volume must be in dm^3. Moles are...

Then maybe "moving" (aka deleting completely) the toxins department to atmos would be an adequate solution? Atmos it's already capable of everything toxins can do but better, requiring a little setup first. TTV's could be ordered form cargo or bought from the syndicate

Re: Restrict Toxins a bit more.

The bomb formula states that: range = (presure - 5000)/1000. You can fiddle a little with that 5000 upping it around 12500 or so. That way it would affect more to smaller, fast, easy to produce max cap bombs and let those big fucking ones for mining more or less unaffected. Pd: And don't fucking mes...

I don't think I've ever finished a single run. -Find exit. Not even explore. You want to movie in a straight path to not fuck yourself over later, especially on lower levels. This might be why. You very much need to explore if you want to get enough resources to finish the game. It is kinda formula...
