I use prayers for two things. Extremely long religious based shitposts, and to append extra information to an ahelp I just filed that I forgot to put in and hasn't gotten a response yet. Please don't append to tickets like this, it's very likely to get lost and won't be logged like the ticket as well

That lawset on it's own is perhaps the worst I've seen in 1000+ hours of playing. Law 2-5 also demonstrate and knowledge of loopholes the AI might take. Do not upload laws this bad to the AI. Wording law 1 as "Anyone seen using cult magic is valid" is probably less likely to get you banned...

Making the pulling/fireman carrying changes part of the gloves seems like a good idea to me too. Insuls will still be the powergamer's go-to item, and the abilities aren't that great for non-sec anyway.
