The second one could also be used as a fine tuner, like a plasma SM where you setup that 30% of the plasma produced goes to waste and the rest goes back to the SM. There maybe other cases like some "logic" gate systems that works in synergy with the pressure valve and the other kind of atm...

Please make the removing of the plating easyer, the only way for now is by using the RCD but that cost a huge amount of resources, it uses a full stack of metal/glass mats to remove just 4 tiles, while you can make at least 50 floors with that same mat.
