Put it between CO2 and O2 on the hazard scale for gasses (although making it a super risky gas would be really funny)

I like the idea of utilizing gasses. Maybe some machines could be hooked up to different canisters to buff efficiency. I've done a lot of gas mining on lavaland to get cans full of farts or whatever, so it'd be interesting and fun to see some atmos involvement

in terms of field surgery you would drag around a hospital bed and use sterillizer gel so none of the steps fail. im not sure if you can currently do surgery on those beds but that could be added really easily.

There's really not that much buy from cargo. Most of the things available are just replacements for stuff on the station. They also can't sell stuff that's too good or cargo will just buy it themselves for themselves. access restrictions are reasonable enough, and even if they get an emitter cargo ...
