As a good amount of you might now, we do have an events team on the server which has traditional been in charge of managing the seasonal events such as the Winter Ball, Toolbox Tournament, Summer Ball, and even the Gameshow when it happened. Traditionally, the event team has been very fluid with no specific assignment in the server other than a usual informal head of events assigning out work and getting stuff done on timelines.

However, the consistency of these events has definitely lacked...

As a headmin, you are not going to get your way all the time. You're part of a triumvirate; you're part of a team.

What part of being a headmin do you need to accomplish your goals? You don't need to be a headmin to edit the wiki but it does make organizing the rules very, very easy as an example.

Hi, I'm Iain0, aka Bob Stange, joined mid 2019, admin Q2 2021, consistently active since, 99% on Terry. In total have a few thousand hours in this game with a fairly even split between playing and admin.

My platform is quite neutral, I like where we've reached in a lot of places and don't expect a lot of things to change much. Terry being my home is, I think, largely in a good place for LRP, though needs some periodic kicks to keep it on the rails.

It's really annoying that we have a place where unused sprites are supposed to go, but only things that are fully removed end up there. Things that are updated don't make the cut, so if you want to see old clothing or the 4x back iteration of medikits because they've been resprited AGAIN you have to go poking at the changelog for that .dmi file.

I've seen several headmins in the past who frankly should not have taken the job primarily due to the fact they couldn't deal with the demands of it.

I started on /tg/ in late 2019 on Bagil, moved over to Manuel a couple months after it started because of arseholes being griefers, and have played there since.

Every time a miner decides it would be a funny idea to bait megafauna/lavaland elites onto the shuttle, or a sentient elite camps the shuttle and waits for a miner to call it up, the entire round gets completely derailed.
