Hello!

There has been certain discussions about the perennial problem of how notes are perceived.

I myself in my short tenure had a note overturned , with the argument that a combination of the good faith of the person whose note I issue to combined with the fact the ban appeal is enough of a record of that (i.e.: accidentally exploiting a bug), was enough for me to lift the note.

The purpose of the note, initally, was to make future admins aware that the player knew about the bug, did it accidentally...

So what do you all think about the science department in total?

This is becoming a pretty tiresome trend on manuel at the moment. People will make max caps to detonate them whenever they're in a bind. These actions violate rule 6,7, 10 of the MRP guidelines, and violates rule 12 of standard server rulings.

This kind of thing was against the rules on the normal servers before the ruling split, seeing it being ignored/encouraged on the MRP servers at the moment is quite disheartening.

Apparently, people have found out that they can just debrain victims before doing the funny ritual to sacrifice them. After this occurs, they will RR the victim/their remains as they have gotten their point.

Maximizing the number of players you can remove from the round is very against the spirit of heretic as it is, as well as the MRP rules as a whole. For some reason these actions aren't against the rules, can we please amend this?

I don't think it's controversial to say that most people don't like murderboning, and that the coders have been trying to curb murderboning as much as possible. Real quick way you can massively improve dynamic, headmins! Disable any antagonist that has progression mechanics from midrounds and latejoins. Dynamic rounds where all the latejoins and midrounds turn out to be progression antags end up being a wet fart. They work great when the round starts with them, let's see more of those static antagonists like lings, pirates, dragons, blobs, nukies, revs, wizards, and all the other things that are not impacted by when they join the round.

Head coders have approved a cosmetic loadouts system. Please use this thread for ideas on what kinds of things should be in them.

Ever since heretics was added back their sacrifice wouldn't gib and drop organs anymore. This is a problem since most of the recipes for heretic rituals all assume that you would easily be able to make them with the organs you get from sacrificing. this has lead to encourage more murderboning with their blades instead of using all the cool neat little rituals you can do to achieve your objectives. (getting the organs through other means takes way too long anyways why bother?)
