This could be anything from transient routing issues between your provider and the host network, to a shitty internal LAN network. There's not much we can do to help you with network problems Other people in OOC have reported similar issues. I don't have problems with any other websites or servers....

Bomb policy's always been clear/fair to me: If you antag hunt with bombs, you'd better end the round by killing the antag or make damn sure there isn't any collateral damage. Otherwise you're subject to the same rules as anyone else. I really don't think this needs to be circlejerked to death.

If anything, I'd create a second page with examples of things that break the rules, IE: Greytiding and random murder. That way you keep the actual rules page simple and easy to read but still have something to *whap* new players with.
