Lots of potential mappers have been turned away because of difficulties with the map merger and git. they're too complicated for people who aren't coders. In the config, it needs to be PROBABILITY TRAITORBRO instead of PROBABILITY BROTHER (confusing, I know). Right now the added percent is going towards "secret extended".

Yes that's why BROTHER_SCALING_COEFF in the config should be set to be something higher. It was mistakingly set to a low value when the mode was merged.
