Yeah, I've just experience one of these rounds and its straight up dumb. Its basically free for all and "CALL SHUTTLE" 5 minutes in.

Honestly, just lower extended's percentage chance of popping up if you're that butt bothered by there not being antags, the way it currently is just bad.
