Re: New antagonist policy

How are we providing a better game experience if we had allowed someone to wordlessly snatch dozens of people out of the halls who were not their targets and cremate them just for the hell of it? SS13 is supposed to have some element of paranoia to it, and having 10 people randomly go missing becau...

Re: New antagonist policy

Four years ago SoS had offered to host these servers in place of TLE, but this was on the condition that he would only assume the role of the host and not enforce administrative policies. We are now currently in a position where he is making sweeping changes to server legislation without consulting...

I'm just going to sit over here and wait patiently for HG and Anon get dragged out of their hate-proof safe rooms and be forced to justify banning the amusement that is ERP, only to be promptly tied down to a bed and force-fed sausages for eternity.

So if there's a thread about a change on the forums with 75 fucking percent of the people who voted on it saying that they don't like it, merging it is a extremely obnoxious thing to do. I mean it'd be one thing if the coder hadn't seen the thread until after the change got merged and they were like...

I enjoy slipping people to an insane degree. I play most rounds as botanist running around with 100 potency peels slipping everyone I see and watching to see how long until I'm lynched/fun police confiscate my fun. Whenever I play janitor I never upgrade my water to space cleaner, ever. I also basic...

Update the botany page with information about the different colors of kudzu vines and what they do.

Also update the botany page with info about what mutating weeded trays can get you.

If you could have committed a crime, you're guilty and are to be met with the most heavy sentence possible. When in doubt, apply fire extinguisher. Taking a injured person to the hospital is t...

Re: Little things you learned that are game changing

Ever since the botany update, botanists have become fear incarnate. One kudzu plant can produce enough kudzu seeds to infest the entire station, virtually guaranteeing a shuttle call. Try it sometime as tator. 100 potency death nettles are the single best melee weapon in the game in raw damage. It d...

But it wasn't a good reason to think he's a ling. AI is not meant to be "Antaghunter: The robot." Oh, but in the case of lings, it is. An AI that doesn't hunt lings is backhandedly permitting human harm by letting them roam free. So an AI, by law, has to hunt the ling scum on the station ...

Yes, you can absolutely be 100% certain someone is a changeling, by catching them draining somebody or seeing them transform.
