Reduce the number of maps in rotation

Right now, /tg/ has five maps in rotation. Every time a PR touches something code related, every single map has to be modified. Realistically, this doesn't happen. The RnD budget is enormous compared to other departments'. If anyone from cargo gets their hands on the card, they can order 10+ null crates easily over the course of a round.

A single foam name deletes the whole kitchen on any map (even better if the PR gets merged that restricts CQC to just the kitchen). Even if you'e no antag, an IED lance, taser and so on will take chefs down easily.
