If not given any orders Syndie borgs should not take any action which could reveal they are emagged per Law 4. I don't like the idea of emagged borgs becoming solo antags just because their master didn't give them any specific order.

I'm a fan of the slower speed to be honest. I feel it makes engagements a bit harder to just zip away from, and responding to incidents a bit slower. Both of which I like.

As long as they arent somehow preventing the body they're looting from being cloned I would most likely rule it an IC issue. As soon as they drag it away into maint, stuff it in a locker, or space it I would bwoink them over it.
