But a neutered medbay cannot handle Nukies, Wizhole, and traitorlings on highpop. Good. Medbay never should have been able to handle multiple high threat antagonists at once. Medbay (without sleepers) can easily handle each of those individually, and it's not like those would ever all spawn at once...

One problem is how it’s impossible to use as a cyborg. Cyborgs don’t have open hands to unbuckle people so If someone is buckled to it the only way I can get them off it is waiting for them to unbuckle themselves, waiting for someone else to unbuckle them, or just taking the bed apart.

I have no clue how this could be fixed but IMO the Gateway really shouldn't be in maint and out of the way. Its more difficult to access if an admin does a gateway event and if swarmers spawn you would have no time to respond before its already escaped into the vents and presses the round end button...
