By the way scrubbing ckeys isn't the end of the world but it does make things more of a pain since you need to remember the name you were using at the time. If you notice an individual has a particular habit of doing this then ahelp it. There are some players who have notes like "Has a habit of breaking into the bar" a month ago and then escalated to "Has been given his final warning for breaking into the bar, ban if he does it again"...

When an a-help comes through and there's multiple admins on be sure to ask before messaging them, so that way the player doesn't get double bwoinked. This is minor and I've only seen you do this a couple times.

Yeah this really should have just been made as a ban request. Sometimes admins go AFK and never see or hear your bwoink. Hell, you could tried to ping someone on IRC if it was such a big deal and asked them to log on and handle your issue.
