The reason Paradise and a few other small servers have it and it works well is because of the way taser shots work there. It runs on a pain meter, so to speak (Essentially holodeck pain. Paracode actually has this. It's called 'Power Armour', and it gives you a HUGE speed boost, on top of space protection. I can't remember what it did in terms of defense. It requires a cell battery that you charge/ replace occasionally. If it comes in a lockbox, this shouldn't be too much of a prob...
