There seems to be no place the white ship could go, intentional? You may want to remove that chunk of rock next to the admin shuttle to accommodate other shuttle designs without having them embedded in the asteroid. Depending on where the docking port is placed you could also have rotational issues ...

Nope, it's essentially a text replacer, it neither knows nor cares about what the changes are. Although keep in mind it doesn't actually merge files together - that's done by hand - if that's what you were thinking of. The NTR hut means threads actually end up purged as they'll be auto-pruned eventually, deleting just keeps them in the archive for all eternity.

If you enable debug mode with Debug-Game in the debug tab, player count will be ignored when choosing a game mode. Depending on the mode forced this can cause some real funky stuff to happen.

I've never thought about secret notes before; it wouldn't be hard to do, but I wouldn't bother coding it if player-viewing notes doesn't have a chance of being enabled.

You probably unticked a file somewhere in dream maker by accident. If you used a git client to download the code, revert the .dme; otherwise you'll have to manually find it by i.e. comparing the line difference between your current .dme and the one on github.
