There are no docking ports for the whiteship or transport shuttle as far as I can see.

From a quick glance around in dream maker, there are a lot of area assignment errors. And I mean a lot.

The external gas tanks in atmos have a single window in them, they're not rwalls all the way around.

Seeing as xenos can easily get into those chambers without the pipes I wouldn't say there's much against unwrenching the pipes provided you have reason to believe there are actually xenos around.

Legacy bans still record the IP (except when they don't most of the time) and his IP didn't link with any bans.

None of those ckeys appear in our database nor does your IP link to any connections; Could you paste the exact ban reason message you get when trying to connect to either server?
