Voting for a new map being enabled at server reload/initialisation always feels silly - there should be a code option to time-lock types of votes or something, so you cant vote on the next round's map until everyone settles into the current one a bit.

Bringing a tank of flammable gas to the emergency escape shuttle and plugging it onto an atmos system definitely seems to qualify as the sort of thing that sec can blast people for without typing "Do not kill us all, You, Specifically, Borg 146" and waiting to see if it listens.
