The only "micro transaction" OSRS has are the bonds. But they are mostly fine since they allow you to buy membership with in-game gold.

I don't agree with a more strict name policy. Mono names aren't that bad(unless the name itself is stupid), and the way we handle things, case by case, is mostly fine, obviously it is not perfect, but neither will be a written down policy on names.

With blob it was bug with zombified spores, from what I can see, all blob mobs are destroying properly.

The only mistake that happened here was it being a 720 min ban instead of the full day. Regardless, about the appeal it has already been solved and expired, continue the discussion in the policy section if you want.

It was not intended. There was a huge pr preparing some changes to stun(mainly they being smoother and not relying on Life() ticks) and some minor mistakes happened, they are being fixed as soon as they are reported, so please, report any stun not being the correct time!
