I'd rather avoid making traumas lethal, especially with a noclone attached. If i put that in i guarantee you there's gonna be salt if sec jails someone with an inner demon.
Running away from things in general is not a game-friendly mechanic either, really, because either you easily outrun it or circumstances make it impossible, and neither is engaging, imo.

Maybe instead of killing you if it touches you it starts making you say racist stuff over radio and say ONE DAY WHILE ANDY WAS MASTURBATING in allcaps

yeah i like that i just don't know why we can't have it lethal when there already is a trauma that gives you heart attacks if you aren't near anyone

maybe just have it give you a panic attack and you faint for a few minutes to make it something you want to avoid if you don't want it to be lethal

Rename it "Psychotic Paranoia" considering it is about something that is out to get you. Plus you could make the mob that follows you picked from a list, like ayyliens, Men in black suits, or security officers.

We have accent disabilities and they used to be genetic but they got removed for bloating the Genetics UI. There's Chav, Swedish, Elvis and one or two more
