But to answer the question, basically all you listed. The most prominent one is exactly what you said, removing changelings. Other than that, the gibber is used here for other things like making sick burgs

the cremator on the other hand is 100% for valids and traitor activity

In the same breath i've seen a traitor murder and incinerate the bodies of entire crew 100% and escape alone purely for the purpose of removing them from the round so they could never be revived or get back in.

Chef and chaplain should be cleaning up bodies but everyone wants a turn at the cloner so even if the wait on getting into it exceeds say the eta until round end your corpse is sacrosanct.

I've always been against these bring out your dead then put them in your belly.

When I play chaplain I usually incinerate brain-dead corpses left in the morgue so they don't rise up as angry revenants
