Hallucinations 3.0

Any feedback on the latest hallucination update? It should've solved the issue of hallucinations happening way too often, preventing stunlocks, it added several new hallucinations and made existing ones more believable. Also added another contextual hallucination: try using a chem dispenser while hallucinating.

It would be nice to see what's good and bad about hallucinations now, so i can adjust with the next update post-freeze.

When did the PR get merged? I can't remember if I played or not, but I specifically remember the SM exploding the other week/day(???) and not wanting to quit the game because of hallucinations, so that's a good sign
