[bug?]implants not working

so i was playing a game of gangs and for some reason the implanter stopped working twice. wasn't just me, i other people tried it too and it didnt work for them either.

i would post on singulo or whatever but im pretty sure im banned from there.

ill try to elaborate if you need me to
