Xenomorph Hunter Movement Speed

I'll keep it short: Xenomorph hunters run way too fast. It's basically impossible to control where you're moving around with any precision at all if you're not moving one step at a time. This is even worse if you're in space, since you WILL fling yourself off into space with just one mistep. Even aboard the station, you move blindingly fast, and it's near impossible to both get close enough to someone to hit them, but still move around enough to dodge attacks.

(Also other really fast forms of travel like VTEC, mining wings, and flightsuits are always way too damn fast.)

the fact you wrote this from a stance of buffing the hunter by lowering his speed instead of nerfing the hunter because it's too fast has made me ill.

one bite from a purple can do a shitload of tox damage if you don't run to medbay immediately. A bite from a green can incapacitate you if left untreated. Reds are just really, really robust.

that's xenomorphs, but instead of there being a lot of them there's just one guy at full speed that stuns you and then uses his knockout item then brings you to the brig hive for conversion (you don't get to play though lol)

spiders are also easily beatable by using your environment.
SPIDERS CANNOT SURVIVE:
Plasma (I think)
Burning plasma
Space
Freon
Anything cold, actually
XENOS CANNOT SURVIVE:
Burning plasma, normal plasma actually buffs them
