Cult summoning after shuttle left

I have seen this happen a couple of times now, with cults in varies states.

The cult just waits until everyone evacuates and than summons while they are the only ones on board the station.

I kinda feels like an oversight.

tbh it should be a victory for the cult if enough of them survive on the station 'til round end. You ought to deal with the problem instead of run away from it.

maybe kill the cult instead of just fleeing at the first sign of trouble

if "chase the loyalists away then summon at our leisure" is a viable strategy then maybe don't be chased away

edit: maybe MORE rounds should have fleeing the station as a lose condition for the crew, fuckin' man up and play the damn game

I was reading logs from cult rounds last night and thinking about what a beautiful form of balance it is.

Its wonderful karma for the “antags detected, red alert and call it” heads, its really trivial to counter, sec can either recall and crush the cult or just not board the shuttle while theyve still got a functioning cult. Its not like traitor or ling when you need shuttle sec.

Lastly when I limited the summoning locations and Joan capped manifest the two biggest issues with that tactic were removed, namely having a couple cultists get a clinch summon in some isolated corner of the station despite having lost most of the cult to sec. Since those changes I have yet to see a cult summon after the shuttle left if they werent already winning.

Well, if you run away and the people you run away from then summon an elder god then you basically lose no matter how far you try to run.

Well, if you run away and the people you run away from then summon an elder god then you basically lose no matter how far you try to run.
