Weeb jail is not very fun

The jail ninjas put you in is not very fun. Aside from removing you from the round, the design is poo poo and people just suicide since there is absolutely nothing to do.
My favorite part is probably that there are beer kegs but no glasses, or a beer cabinet but it's locked.

I was thinking about remodeling it into something with actual content, but that wouldn't solve the issue of people killing themselves because they're trapped in a box with no escape.
What do you think?

Only reason I can think it doesn't kill you is to prevent cloning. It needs more shit to do, hell I'd prefer it if just forced the player into a pAI with their old name.

Credits are spent on shuttles, no? Isnt that tied to the Cargo credits system? As for the RP, whilst tg certainly does not have a high level of RP, it does have certain players that stand out. Maybe the ninja would go after higher profile crew rather than stack his captures with crappy Assistants. If the ransom is paid, they spawn on the Arrivals shuttle, of not, just delete them or leave them in crappy prison.

Why not just hellbound and then delete them if it's a round removal?

Permabrig and gulag exist to give a possibility for escape, the ninja's mom's basement is on the centcom z-level and clearly not intended to allow escapes to be possible.

TL;DR If it's not going to be any fun, then why is it there at all?

If it's supposed to suck, why have it at all? Just delete the mob altogether if that's your reasoning, and you can chat with other prisoners in deadchat.

What I'm trying to say here is no matter what we add you're still removed from the round and if you don't like it then just suicide. Generally being removed from the round like that isn't very fun and no matter how pretty we make the box it's still a box and you're still stuck in it. Deleting the mob is fine with me, I'd have more fun deleted than stuck in a shitty box anyway.

How is it not your fault? Either you didn't take steps to get away from the ninja or kill it, or you did and you failed. You could make an argument for not deserving it but a lot of stuff happens in this game that you don't "deserve" and that's part of the game.

If you're saying the space ninja is too OP to get away from or kill then thats a problem with the antag not the jail

I think there's some odd edge case where you can use a hand tele or something to tp out? still not very frequent to warrant people permastuck there when you could just tell them to watch the carnage or be a cool ghost role.

There might be a possible risk of someone with a tracking implant getting teleported to and that person using the hand tele to rescue the prisoners.
