I got dunked as a borg in 2 seconds by people running around mashing the no-cooldown backfiring charge spellbooks in a wizard round.
Please fix so I can continue persecuting filthy magic users.

It's a featured bug.

Also I'm pretty sure the way I coded the EMP recoil you'd have to be within one square of the book holder for it to do anything to you, so it's more a case of "don't stand next to the asshole with the magical artifact".

The lost of cooldown delays might have a lot to do with why endless book recoils are suddenly potent though.

you know i think it would be pretty good if spent electrical spell books caused a emp detonation when used without a owner

this is how we hardcounter those shitty secborgs.

also remove stun gloves.
