Please make it so that shaft miners have the experitrak skill tracker app on their pda by default

There are only 3 trackable skills: Cleaning, Gaming, and Mining.

Miners have plenty of free space on their PDAs by default.

Please make it so they have the skill tracker app downloaded by default, so I dont have to download it every time I want my cool cape.
