"New" Bounty Hunter/Fugitive is just awful

Current problems:
Bounty Hunters have access to EVA suits, but there is no oxygen on the ship at all nor do they start with any.

Bounty hunters have specializations that virtually cannot operate independently, the first spawn comes with a claw shotgun, you don't have any means to locate the fugitive.

Bounty Hutner Antag info window doesn't include the NAME OF THE FUGITIVE. Who is our target? outside of metaknowledge or hoping someone gets the pinpointer we don't know our own target?

Solutions:

Add oxygen tanks to the ship.

Revamp the loadouts for the bounty hunters so they can operate independently of eachother instead of just turning essentials of the role into hollow sub class gimmicks.

Include the name of the fugitive target in the bounty hunter antag info window.

From my experience the fugitive pinpointer does literally nothing and the 4th spawn doesn't work because synthetics got iced. They really need a touch up
