split mind makes blob scaling horifiying

current: <60 one start split maxes at 2(usually within 2 minutes of popping) >60 2 start split maxes at 4 and the crew barely ever wins(fun fact blobs share literally everything in terms usability, anyone can jump to any core).

proposed: cut split personality and change blob to scale at every twenty crew (so minimum 21 readied players, 2 blobs at 42, 3 at 63, and 4 at the preposterous 84 round-start players.)
open to other souloutions.
