I feel like this effect should be added to the Confusion/Dizziness symptoms for Virology.

I feel it would be slightly too annoying for it to be an airborne or transmission on contact virus.

That is literally never used. Much needed buff to maybe make people use viruses to screw with the crew rather than outright kill them(Brainrot/Necrosis/Combustion).
