At least put a link to the relevant PR. People can't discuss anything if you don't even tell them what the nerf is about.

Stun batons ignored shields, including the eshield.
They were fixed not to ignore shields.
The eshield was changed not to block melee attacks because stun batons have always been the hard counter.
Also dont block bullets so stacking shielded hardsuit+eshield isnt unstoppable.
