I need alternative names for pun pun though, as many as you can muster.

Good sources for monkey names:

tg jokes (no player references though)

I looked into this for a bit, because named monkeys are neat. There's quite a lot, but here are some highlights:

Coco (of Cocoa Pops)

Koko (real sign language gorilla)

Jack (Pirates of the Caribbean)

Kanzi (real bonobo using lexigrams)

Lucy (real chimp raised as human)

Able and Baker (real female monkeys that were the first to go into space and come back to earth and survive)

Bubbles (pet chimp of Michael Jackson)

Scatter (pet chimp of Elvis Presley)

Kong (fictional giant gorilla, variation of King Kong, Donkey Kong)

The Librarian (fictional librarian orang-utan)

Caesar (fictional intelligent chimp)

It is hard to come up with monkey names that are TEEGEE CULTURE without doing player references just because some of the only original content we have is the characters we create. Most of our other junk is either references to stuff or is not really possible to reference in the name of a monkey without it seeming horribly hamfisted and dumb
