Rename mindshield implants back to loyalty implants

Can we just rename them back to loyalty implants? Honestly that would be a lot less confusing.

loyalty implants don't make you loyal, if people get implanted and try to attack you for it, just execute them for being absolute shits.

There was no reason to rename them to mindshield implants in the first place, unless you count nitpicking over every little detail a big issue. This only serves to confuse people, and it definitely confused a lot of people. Besides, mindshield sounds....retarded.

I thought they removed that policy, voluntary conversion is okay as long as you put some RP effort into it or something.
