Talk Wheel PR feedback.

This isn't merged yet but I need some feedback on this experimental PR. It adds a wheel with preset common messages (Hi, Thanks, Stop, Help, etc). This would mean you no longer have to stop moving and go in chat mode to say very simple and short messages.
Thoughts?

beyond all the memes i don't think it's a bad idea, though i'd have to see it in play to make up my mind one way or the other.

I feel like when this is first merged it will cause a lot of spam due to shiney new feature use/abuse, but once that settles down it will be a nice change

I'm kind of wary about a customizable talk wheel. I feel like it can (and will) be abused heavily. I'm all for a regular talk wheel though, anything to get autists to open up.
