Also for that generic destroyed ship, you should leave metal sheets where walls were and such, and maybe some girders where walls were. Aswell as maybe some computer frames and stuff.

It's all good.

Protip: the best way to simulate battle damage is to actually create it pristine then see how it looks after you explode/set fire to it in game.

some kind of paranoid space survivalist bunker filled with, like, cans of beans, donk pockets, hooch, a radsuit, toolbox, first aid kit, improvised weaponry, contraband posters on the wall, THE END IS NEAR graffiti. then have remains guarded by some hostile creature, guess dude sucked at surviving

Yea the library maybe was a little too convoluted, but incoming can decide whether to use it or not.

It may be controversial, but I gave them 2 steelrifles, because if this is a MURICAN bunker, its gonna have guns.

Also I would put water bottles instead of cola in the boxes, but no water bottle sprites.

for variety you should var edit their pixel_x and pixel_y so they are spread around a bit

I tried that originally, it doesn't look as good without the blown up tiles, and there's only undamaged syndie tiles.

I really love the idea of making these little things because, uh, actually making a proper map is a hyper-bitch. But something like this, you could make and have a mapper merge it and it's all awesome.

Time to get the latest version of the code again, I guess.

Loot spawners are a thing, and the randomly choose from possible loot. They are very well coded, so that they are easy to make one that spawns what you need.

That is the absolute COOLEST fucking thing that's been added to the game in literal years. This, map rotation, and a ton of other features/quality of life upgrades have made SS13 better than it's ever been before.

Especially for admins who've been looking for ways to drop shuttles, assault pods full of syndrones, radioactive asteroids with xeno larva, or the broken remains of Sputnik onto the crew with a moment's notice.

Anyone who bounces me some .dmms that are smaller than like, a third of Box station might expect to see them added to random bits of space at random times.

One thing I liked from Goon's space content in my time there was that they had the resources to experiment with various jobs out in space if you could find them (A diner with a mostly-functional kitchen, a ship with chemistry and botany equipment etc). Of course, goon had public spacecraft (but not spacesuits) to make reaching those feasible for regular players.
