25$ bounty for new augmentations sprites!

Reposting this, but this time in the proper subforum and with "GET MONEY" in the title.

When you think about being fully rebuilt with robot parts, it's usually something extreme. Think Robocop or Darth Vader. Or... This guy, whoever he is.
On /tg/ you too can be rebuilt entirely with robotics limbs. Since those are the very same parts that make up this guy right here, you would think you'll look something like him? Not really. It just looks like a grey version of your character. It sucks. When a spessman gets augmented, he should look more like a washing machine than a person.

As a mainly roboticist player, I think that people who are more machines than men should look the part, so robot limbs need new, cool sprites that resemble nanotrasen cyborgs, preferably more than one variation, and code that implements those new sprites into the game. If anyone does this, I'm paying twenty five bucks.

What they look like wont really matter so long as a jumpsuit is worn by people with augs anyway

Well, at least the head is visible most of the times. Hands too. Also, maybe we could make jumpsuits invisible when worn by an augment. Darth Vader wasn't wearing one.

there are alt sprites intended for abductor augs, but I never got around to it.
ausops will kill me (that silly emu made those sprites)

Sweet. I'm currently trying to figure out how to make toolset arm automically augment your arm, since it doesn't make much sense right now.

Those are actually organs in your arm though, Insane.
So they technically do make sense, just there's not much visually (it'd be like, a little flap in your arm with 80% of your arm still being your arm)

I guess, but when we look at the sprites, it tells us a different story. Also, don't tools, like, replace your palm? What is it supposed to look like, when it's still biological?

They still have inhands, you're just holding them in your hand.
They're only NODROP in the sense that if you do drop them, they go back into your arm, you're just holding them really.

always imagined tool clusters being like a wrap around your forearm that rotated and you could just select the tool you need and it would fold it out
