whats the actual best thing with the most features like size scaling and greyscale and blending and shit thats also free

All you truly need is MS paint.

Though a better version of that is paint.net

just use paint.net if need be and sometimes the job's easy enough for just editting it directly in the dmi

I always use aseprite.

It somehow has everything I need for making simple sprites and although its a very basic program nothing that I miss.

I tried to compile it but I'm also retarded and couldn't figure it out, and one click on a vip member and five minutes later it was installed

after I couldn't figure it out I was just really lazy
