metastation cargo power issues

im not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but
metastation cargo has a big power problem. as someone who plays miner often, i consider myself a decently fast miner; i usually bring my first load in within 5 minutes of roundstart. the thing is, when i go to the departmental lathe to start printing advanced cutters and whatnot, 9 rounds out of 10 cargo has already run out of power and the apc has cut power to equipment, forcing me to either attempt to get the ai's attention, get an inducer through various means, or attempt to hack it open and replace the battery itself.
as far as i can tell the reason for this massive drain is due to the conveyor belts, which themselves are an important part of cargo. im sure ill be blasted with "muh departmental interactions" slippery slope, but this seems like an especially large inconvenience to two departments that needs addressed in some way, either by giving cargo a larger roundstart battery, heavily reducing energy cost of belts, or giving cargo a roundstart inducer. is there any chance this could be looked into?
