JStheguy's Sprite Thread

NOTE: As of April 6th, 2017, I have completely redone this post, removing most of my older work. So basically ignore all the replies before April 6th because they are about things that no longer exist.

Image
Various structural elements and items from a perpetually revised and reworked pet project to add some ruins that look ruined.

Image
Armorcrafting, including a vague approximation of Greek hoplite armor, including a shield able to bear departmental coats of arms in the unlikely scenario of a Nations round.

Image
Re-sprites of various guns, including additional states for being empty, or for during the pump cool-down in the case of the pump-action shotguns. Also some sprites for sawed-off pump-action shotguns and Mosins.

Image
Ammo boxes, now with way to many extra states for literally every single bullet.

Image
Propaganda posters of a different design to normal.

Image
Various articles of clothing. Though the suits are just recolored Vice Suits.

Image
Re-sprites of the various toy armaments, including a new laser tag rifle, for some serious heavy-duty fun.

Image
Ponies, because space OSHA won't let you take a proper horse into space.

Image
Skateboards and hoverboards.

Image
A meteor gun and some vending machines. They are only together because they were part of the same PR.

Image
2D Spessmannequins with full dismemberment support because ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Special thanks to Danno for the color pallet I have been using near-religiously.

Sprite Dump (03/12/17)
-Added 40 new posters because why not
-Massively expanded the "Rusty Structures" sprite sheet
-Added new Desert Eagle sprites, including some additional finishes
-Added more vending machines and a meteor gun
Been making use of Danno's Spaceman palette for most of my new stuff. I think it helps a lot with the quality of sprites, what do you guys think?

If the detectives office doesn't get those Venetian blinds sprites we riot.

Do you mind posting the .dmi for the rusty structures and the venetian blinds? The rusty structures would play nice into adding more interesting visuals for things like ruins and the blinds might fit nicely as custom shutters for the detective's office.

Actually, the rusty structures and venetian blinds are pretty old sprites. I don't have the .dmi files for them anymore.

What were the Rusty Structures originally for?

They were supposed to be for a set of ancient ruins I never made with an aesthetic and functionality that would make said ancient ruins actually feel like they're old and outdated. The hatch especially was supposed to be a big part of it, being slow and entirely manually operated, down to using a regular physical lock and key system.
