So i decided to start spriting (Or at least attempt to) so i thought that a fairly easy thing to start out making that i would like is clothes. I have some basic images they still need some tweaking but how do i put them all into .dmi? most of the other clothes in the source code is just the front view do they not all go into Icons/obj/clothing/uniforms.

Also i drew all the sides of the clothes seperatly in Photoshop and i am going to export them in Dream maker is that the right way or do they all go in one file?

You have to double click the icon in "Icons/obj/clothing/uniforms" to see all 4 sides. Also to import them into the dmi I personally just copy and paste it from the program I use, which is Gimp.

I think i am misunderstanding when i double click a icon it takes me to edit mode.

You're looking at object sprites, not clothing sprites.

Look at mob/under.dmi
