Lizard accessories

As you've probably noticed, lizardpeople were given horns when they were added as a permanent mutantrace.

Some people don't like how they look and want it to be an option, so currently I have a PR up that reverts lizards to the old bald sprite (as well as fixing some issues with the sprites).

Basically what I need is sprites for lizard face/head accessories, basically replacements for hair/facial hair. No actual hair please.

Inb4 >Sprites requests thread, I'm fully aware it exists but I want multiple sprites from multiple people, if I can get some. That's more for individual sprites for one thing.

They'll be added after the freeze, probably with making head accessories easier to apply to non human things.

Glasses said he'd make some but much like the current hair wasn't all sprited by one person I don't think the accessories will be either.

Anyway, sprites please.

I'll post them when I get home. Doesn't stop people from making more.

I'm pretty sure I made the accessories they're using right now way back.

Anyway RR should be able to work on a whole bunch of fun dismemberment/greyscaling/mutation stuff soon, we might want to hold off on making hairstyles for them if it's going to be just a bunch of mutations later.

I don't actually see any that are lizard only in the bay human_face.dmi.

There's just hair, skrell hair, and furry crap for tajarans.

So yeah, need sprites.

This will re-add the horns, yes? I am strongly disliking the baldness of lizards now in comparison to the horny ones.

Although i personally do not give two shits, a few badger players quit their lizard characters out of disdain for baldzards, and i thought i would throw in a word for them here

Paprika complained about it, and made a PR with the removal https://github.com/tgstation/-tg-station/pull/5869 , and https://github.com/tgstation/-tg-station/pull/5883 made by Integracy caused Paprika to close his in favor of the one Intig made. I trust Intig to eventually get us the horns back as a customization option.

i like bald lizards personally, mostly because i think the sprites for the horns that did exist looked really bad
also, bald lizards are iconic. they've always been bald, i don't know where the horns even came from.
